We offer a full design and build service for those at the beginning of their journey. Our in-house team of architects design your scheme from concept to fully costed design. Working with you to create a design that suits both your style and budget.
Our in-house design service means that we can be there with you every step of the way. We produce architectural drawings, gain planning permission if required, and manage the whole build right through to completion.
Delivering the design inhouse allows us to break down the cost of the build into methodical stages, which streamlines the process and makes it more cost-effective for you.
Process
First, we take a measured survey of the property. Listen to your ideas, and then draw up the design that meets your needs. If you want help with the design of your property, our team is on hand to present you with the best possible options.
The design process is always a very collaborative one. It's essential to us that we help you realise your ideas and maximise the potential of your property. Once the drawings are complete, and you're happy with the outcome, and planning permission is granted, we can start the build.
Larger Builds
Larger residential projects go out to our partner architects. They create the design, and we build . You will work directly with the architect, and we'll be on hand from the very beginning. This process eliminates the problems that exist in the traditional architect/contractor model. If an area of the architect's design won't work in the build, we're there to correct the issue before construction begins.
