Project Management
We know that the construction process can often be the most challenging and trying period for the client, which is why we make sure our project management style is approachable, friendly and reliable to guide you through the process as smoothly as possible.
The project manager is on-site daily to ensure the build is running efficiently. They work with the site manager to discuss the build, keep track of weekly targets and make sure the construction is on track to finish within the programme. They also meet with you to update you on the progress of the build, and they answer any concerns that you may have.
