MAINTENANCE
Once the build is complete, and you've settled into your new life in your new home, we don't disappear. We offer ongoing support and touch base with you regularly, making sure that everything in your new home is running smoothly. We are always on call to deal with any issues or concerns you may have, so don't hesitate to get in touch.
We provide a minimum of 12-months maintenance, free-of-charge, for all properties we build and have a team of expert maintenance managers. They work efficiently to assess and correct any issues that may happen over this period. Other longer-term packages are also available.
